Full description
NodeScope is an unofficial, read-only companion app for CoreScope, the mesh network analyzer used by MeshTexas and other MeshCore communities. It connects directly to a CoreScope analyzer's public API and live feed to show the same nodes, packet traffic, channel messages and observer data you'd see on the web dashboard, in a native Android app. WHAT NODESCOPE SHOWS YOU Live map Every known node, color-coded by role. Live packet traffic animates hop by hop as it crosses the mesh. Tap a route to see every hop, the observer that heard it, and its signal; tap a node for its details. Filter by region, role, recent activity or receiving observer, and center the map on yourself. Explore A network-at-a-glance dashboard of active nodes, online observers, packets and average signal, plus global search across nodes, observers, channels and packets. Save favorites and jump back to recently viewed items. Live packets Watch packets arrive in real time, grouped by transmission, with decoded payloads, raw data, every observation and every route. Replay any packet's path on the map. Channels Public channel traffic as a live chat feed. Monitor your own hashtag or private channels too: keys stay on your device, and messages are decrypted locally. Observers The devices feeding your analyzer: hardware, firmware, radio settings, battery and noise, plus charts of their packet types, traffic and signal. Node analytics Signal quality explained in plain terms, activity over time, a weekly heatmap, packet types, hop counts, observer coverage and the peers a node talks to. GOOD TO KNOW Bring your own analyzer. NodeScope has no backend of its own. Pick a community source such as MeshTexas, or point it at any CoreScope-compatible host. Works on a flaky connection. Recently loaded data stays available and is clearly marked as not live. Private by design. No account, no ads, no analytics. Your location is used only on your device, only when you ask to center the map, and is never sent anywhere. Not affiliated with CoreScope or MeshTexas. NodeScope is an independent, unofficial viewer. What's new

You can now add nodes to MeshCore - Open any companion, repeater, room server or sensor, tap the ⋯ menu, and choose "Add to MeshCore." You'll get a QR code you can scan from the MeshCore app, plus buttons to open, copy or share the contact link. Unlike the plain public key, it imports straight into MeshCore. **Thanks to CoderNemesis for the suggestion!**
