Full description
ItsTheWeather is a free episode tracker that helps people compare symptoms with weather and air-quality conditions. Log episodes for categories such as headache, migraine, asthma, arthritis, sinus symptoms, fatigue, anxiety or stress, sleep disruption, fibromyalgia, and COPD. Add the start time, severity, duration, optional notes, and location. ItsTheWeather then connects the episode with environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, PM2.5, PM10, ozone, dust, and air quality. The goal is shared learning. Instead of making every person wait for a large personal history, ItsTheWeather uses anonymous community episode logs to help build condition-level patterns that everyone can learn from. Features: Free episode tracking Weather and air-quality context Location search or device location Condition-level risk estimates Anonymous shared learning No heart-rate or wearable data required No account required ItsTheWeather is not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition. If you have severe, new, or worsening symptoms, contact a qualified health professional or emergency services.
