Pause. Check. Then act. IsThisSpam helps you assess suspicious messages, emails, links, phone numbers and supported attachments before you click, pay or share personal information. Review the warning signs, ask follow-up questions and get practical next steps. CHECK WHAT YOU RECEIVED • Paste a message, email, website link, phone number or sender address. • Review the risk assessment and the signals behind it. • Add context through the conversational checker. • Revisit previous checks with optional local history. SCREENSHOTS, PHOTOS AND DOCUMENTS • Capture a photo or choose a screenshot or supported file. • Supports JPG, PNG, WEBP, PDF, DOCX, TXT and EML. Older DOC files are read on a best-effort basis; converting to DOCX may be necessary. • Local text extraction and image OCR prepare supported files before cloud analysis. • Limited guest attachment checks are available without signing in, subject to usage limits. OPTIONAL ANDROID PROTECTION • Configure SMS Guard to check supported incoming SMS notifications using IsThisSpam's API. Notification access and consent are required; message text is sent to the server for analysis. • Set up call screening where supported. Call Filter is a beta feature and requires Android permissions. • Explore optional on-device AI with a compatible installed model. Availability depends on device and model support. PLANS AND PRIVACY Limited free checks are available. Paid features require an eligible plan, and subscriptions are available through Google Play where offered. Sign in to sync eligible account access across supported services. Content submitted for cloud checks is sent to IsThisSpam for analysis. On-device checks, when enabled and supported, process message text locally; attachment analysis uses cloud services. See our Privacy Policy for details. Do not upload passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details or identity documents. Results are advisory, may be incomplete and do not guarantee that content is safe or fraudulent.
