ILYF

ILYF Mysuru is the member app for the International Lingayat Youth Forum, Mysuru chapter. It keeps the chapter's directory, referrals, meetings and attendance in one place. Access is by invitation. The chapter admin adds your mobile number first — you sign in with that number and a one-time code. If your number has not been added yet, speak to your chapter team. THE MEMBER DIRECTORY Search members by name, business, designation or category. Open a profile to see their business details and categories, then call, message, open WhatsApp, or save the contact straight to your phone as a visiting card you can forward to anyone. REFERRALS Pass a lead to another member with the contact's name, number and a note about the work. See everything you have given and received. When a referral you received turns into business, file a thank-you slip recording the amount — your chapter announces it at the next meeting. 1-TO-1 MEETINGS Schedule a one-to-one with another member, add a note, and mark it done once you have met. Your history stays on your profile. VISITORS Invite a guest to a chapter meeting and track whether they attended and whether they joined. MEETINGS AND EVENTS See what is coming up with the date, time and venue, and tap the location to open it in maps. Say whether you are attending so the committee can plan the room. At the venue, scan the meeting QR code to mark your own attendance — no register, no queue. Your month-by-month attendance record is on your profile. EVENTS AND GALLERY Photographs from past chapter programmes, with the details of where and when they were held. YOUR PROFILE Add your photo, business details, categories and social links, and two banners showcasing your work. Everything you put here is what other members see in the directory and on your visiting card. PROMOTION Ask the chapter admin to feature your artwork on the home screen, or to send a promotional announcement to the chapter. Both go to the admin for approval first. NOTIFICATIONS You are told when someone gives you a referral, books a one-to-one with you, or when a meeting is coming up. MEMBERSHIP Your membership status and renewal date are always visible, with reminders before it lapses. ILYF Mysuru is built for one chapter's members. It is not a social network and it is not open to the public. Privacy policy: https://ilyf-platform.web.app/privacy.html
