Hoop Coach Basketball Playbook

Stop drawing plays on a napkin. HoopCoach Playbook is a basketball coaching tool for drawing, animating, and sharing plays and drills — right from your phone or tablet. DRAW & ANIMATE Drag players, defenders, cones, and the ball onto a real basketball court. Draw cuts, passes, screens, and dribble paths. Hit play and watch your diagram come to life as an animation — so players see the movement, not just a static X's-and-O's chart. PLAYS AND DRILLS — ONE TOOL The court isn't just for plays. Use cones to diagram a shooting drill, a defensive slide pattern, or a conditioning circuit exactly the way you'd draw it on a whiteboard. QUICK-ADD FORMATIONS Instantly drop five players into 5 Out, 4 Out 1 In, 3 Out 2 In, 1-4 High, or Box — with the ball placed for you — so you can build faster and spend more time on the details that matter. NARRATE YOUR PLAYS Record your voice over the animation so players hear your coaching, not just see the diagram. Perfect for teaching from home. COLLECTIONS Browse a library of plays shared by other coaches, and save the ones you like straight into your own collections. Drag to reorder, then print a complete, professionally formatted playbook — cover page, table of contents, and every play with diagrams and coaching notes. PRACTICE PLANS Build a timed practice script by mixing plays, drills, and activities like warmups and scrimmages. Set a start time and every segment shows its exact clock time. Print a one-page schedule for your clipboard. DAILY TEAM PUZZLE Give your players a reason to open the app every day. Each morning, a short puzzle is auto-generated from your own team's plays — no extra work for you. Players build a streak by solving it, just like a daily brain teaser, and naturally get more familiar with your offense along the way. FREE TO START Create up to 5 plays, export video clips, and print individual plays — free, no credit card. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited plays, private playbooks, player accounts, scouting reports, playbook and practice-plan PDFs, and watermark-free video export. Whether you're a head coach building a full offensive system or an assistant sketching out tomorrow's shooting drill, HoopCoach Playbook keeps your whole playbook in one place — on the bench, in the gym, or on the road.
