Full description
Get Fit by Rising Early. The runners alarm that replaces snooze with a Run/Walk. Hardrise is the task alarm for people who are done hitting snooze. ■ The Snooze Free Alarm Snoozers lose 10.8 minutes every morning (Scientific Reports, 21,000+ users). Hardrise runners are moving 59 seconds after their prep window ends. There is no snooze button. There is only the run. ■ One Mission You Can't Cheat: The Run Math puzzles, photo missions and shaking can all be beaten from bed. Hardrise has one wake up task: cover your minimum distance, verified by GPS. No tap to dismiss. No photo to fake. You can only finish it. ■ The Movement Alarm: Why You Can't Go Back to Sleep Here's the loophole every "hard" alarm misses: you solve the puzzle, scan the code or shake the phone... then crawl straight back into bed. The task woke up your brain. It never got your body out of bed. Hardrise was built around that exact moment. After you stop the alarm, the movement alarm starts watching. Lie back down or sit still and it rings again. Stay on the bed, the couch or the floor, and it keeps ringing. Only moving turns it quiet, and only finishing your distance turns it off. Hardrise reverse-engineers the snooze habit: the task is getting up, and it isn't over until you've run. ■ The Alarm for Heavy Sleepers If you sleep through every alarm, sound was never going to be enough. Stop the alarm and a preparation window begins: water, shoes, out the door. When the window closes, the movement alarm takes over. A morning run breaks sleep inertia, so going back to bed stops being tempting. ■ Run Tracker & Morning Stats Every morning run is recorded with GPS, even with the screen off. See your route map, distance, pace and alarm-to-finish time. Track your monthly distance and your streak: green, yellow, red. ■ Share Your Morning Turn every run into a share card with your streak, route and wake up time. Post it, and let your friends know you're in the 5am club. ■ Global Leaderboard Consistency, ranked. Your score climbs by showing up, not by running fast. Compete worldwide with everyone who never skips a morning. ■ Bedtime Reminders Waking up early starts the night before. Set a bedtime reminder that follows your wake up time, so you get the sleep your run needs. ■ Simple Alarms Too For rest days, set a regular alarm alongside your Hardrise alarm. -- ■ Recommended for: - Those who set five alarms and snooze them all - Heavy sleepers who sleep through every alarm - Anyone who finishes an alarm task and goes back to sleep - Runners who want a morning run habit that actually sticks - Anyone trying to join the 5am club - Students who want to study with a clear head before class - People who've tried every habit app and still say "tomorrow" ► Morning Routines with Hardrise *The 5am Club Routine 1. Set your alarm for 5:00 AM with a 1 km minimum distance. 2. Use the preparation window for water and shoes. 3. Run your distance, then start your day before the world wakes up. *The Heavy Sleeper Routine 1. Set a short preparation window so there's no time to drift back. 2. Turn on the bedtime reminder to protect your sleep. 3. Keep your streak green for 7 days and feel the difference in your mornings. *The Study Before Class Routine 1. Set your alarm 45 minutes before you need to study. 2. Run first. The run clears morning grogginess. 3. Study while your mind is sharpest. -- Hardrise isn't gentle, and it isn't for everyone. It's for people who are done with snooze and done saying "tomorrow." Set one alarm. Wake up. Run. Repeat. No snooze. No excuses. Hardrise.
