LOCATION AND PRIVACY Location sharing is optional and entirely in your control. Your location is shared only with the members of a channel you have joined, only while you are in it, and it stops the moment you leave. If you allow it, GridTalk can update your location in the background — when the app is closed or not in use — so your position on the team map stays accurate while you keep working. The app explains this and asks you before requesting the permission, and you can decline and still use every other feature.
