Anyone who uses mobile money services and wants to instantly; -Calculate the maximum amount of cash (and leave a zero balance) that you can withdraw versus the current account balance that you have on the mobile money account.- -Calculate how much money you need to send in order for the recipient to withdraw a specific amount in cash. -Anyone who has ever been paid or received mobile money and the sender forgot to include or included insufficient withdraw charges and or taxes. -Anyone who has ever sent mobile money to another person and the recipient complained that the money withdrawn in cash was not enough. -Anyone who has ever tried to send money or pay say a UMEME bill and the last dialogue said "insufficient funds".
