EstateCopilot

EstateCopilot is the companion app for landlords, tenants and artisans in Nigeria who use EstateCopilot to run their properties. FOR LANDLORDS • See every property and tenancy in one place • Send a tenant a rent reminder in one tap, and call or WhatsApp them from the app • Review repair requests with the tenant's photos and voice notes • Publish a repair to local artisans, compare quotes and accept the best one • Review AI-drafted replies to tenant messages — nothing is sent until you approve it • Manage daily and student stays: check a student's ID, approve the booking, record move-in and move-out condition with photos, and return the caution fee fairly • Advertise a property and share the listing • Lock the app with your fingerprint or face FOR TENANTS • See your rent, lease end date and estate levies at a glance • Report a repair with photos or a voice note • Follow each repair from "Open" to "Done" FOR ARTISANS • Sign in with your phone number • See repair jobs near you and send a quote • See when a landlord accepts your quote WORKS OFFLINE Your most recent screens are saved on your phone, so you can still check details without a connection. Landlord accounts are set up at estatecopilot.org. Tenants are invited by their landlord. Artisans can sign up in the app with their phone number. You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Questions? Email [email protected].
