Kyo — Your Support shows which body system or meridian may need more support, nourishment and recovery. Jitsu — Your Release shows where tension, overactivity or stagnation may be building up and where the body may need more relaxation and freedom of movement. Kyo and Jitsu are not viewed as separate problems. They are connected parts of the body’s overall balance.
