Aquero: A Lourdes Devotional

Aquero is a quiet companion for anyone who has come to love Our Lady of Lourdes. For pilgrims, for the sick, for hospitaliers, and for the many who pray to her from far away and will never make the trip. Everything works offline. No account, no ads, no analytics, no cloud. ✦ THE ROSARY All four sets of mysteries, Joyful, Sorrowful, Glorious and Luminous, with the full text of every prayer so you never have to look one up. ✦ NOVENAS The Novena to St. Bernadette and the Novena to the Immaculate Conception, each laid out over nine consecutive days. The app remembers where you are and lets you pick up again if you miss a day. ✦ THE WAY OF THE CROSS AT LOURDES Fourteen stations, each pairing the Passion of Christ with the parallel witness of Bernadette, with photographs of the stations at the sanctuary. ✦ THIRTY-ONE MARIAN AND EUCHARISTIC PRAYERS The Memorare, the Magnificat, the Angelus, the Stabat Mater, the Anima Christi, the Regina Caeli, the Miraculous Medal prayer, the Lourdes Hymn, and the Prayer to Our Lady of Lourdes of St. John Paul II. The First Saturday devotion is here as well. ✦ THE STORY OF LOURDES All eighteen apparitions at the grotto of Massabielle in 1858, told one at a time. The message of Lourdes. A timeline of the popes who wrote about her, and six Marian encyclicals in full. ✦ SEVENTY-TWO RECOGNIZED CURES Every cure the Church has declared miraculous at Lourdes, each with the diagnosis, the date, and the bishop who recognized it, plus an account of how the Lourdes Medical Bureau investigates a claim. ✦ A DAILY MARIAN QUOTE Seventy-six of them, from the saints, the popes, and Bernadette herself. One waits on the home screen each day. ✦ OPTIONAL REMINDERS An invitation to begin a novena nine days before each major feast: Our Lady of Lourdes, St. Bernadette, and the Immaculate Conception. Aquero collects nothing about you. Your novena progress and your settings live only on your phone. A small "Support this work" button opens a donation page in your browser if you would like to help. Donations are not tax-deductible. For sanctuary maps, Mass schedules, and on-site logistics, Aquero defers to the official Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes at lourdes-france.org. Aquero is its devotional and historical companion. What you carry home from the grotto. A project of Aquero Ministries.
