WeGathered

We believe an invitation shouldn’t feel like a transaction. It isn’t just a date and address sent over SMS or a flat PDF attached to an email. An invitation is the opening scene of your celebration. It is the very first moment your guests feel the warmth, emotion, and anticipation of what’s to come. We built WeGathered because digital communication lost its romance. We wanted to bring back the reverence of a handcrafted letter — the tactile joy of breaking a wax seal, the slow unfolding of paper, and ambient music playing softly in the background — while quietly taking care of the logistics behind the scenes. WeGathered is where your celebration begins. WHAT WE STAND FOR: 💌 THE OPENING CEREMONY Recreate the emotion of a physical invitation. Guests unbox a 3D envelope sealed with wax, revealing your story set to custom ambient music. 💬 INTENTIONAL & PERSONAL No two guests are the same. Craft unique, personal messages for close family, childhood friends, and colleagues within the same celebration. ✨ BEAUTIFUL LOGISTICS Hosts shouldn't be overwhelmed by spreadsheets. Collect real-time RSVPs, dietary preferences, and guest headcounts effortlessly so you can focus on being present. 🗓️ SMART COUNTDOWN & ALERTS Stay ahead of your event timeline with automatic countdown reminders and instant notifications when loved ones open your card. 📷 SHARED MEMORIES Your event lives on beyond the day itself. Collect photos and heartfelt notes from guests in a shared memory gallery. Whether it’s a wedding, an anniversary, an intimate dinner, or a milestone birthday — gather your favorite people with invitations as special as your big day.
