e-Form adalah aplikasi internal perusahaan yang digunakan untuk pengelolaan dokumen pekerjaan operasional dan data pendukung di lingkungan Gardu Induk (GI) dan jaringan. Aplikasi ini membantu pegawai dalam mengajukan, memantau, serta melakukan persetujuan dokumen kerja secara digital melalui perangkat mobile. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pekerjaan, transparansi proses persetujuan, serta kemudahan akses terhadap dokumen operasional dan data pendukung pekerjaan. FITUR UTAMA SP3B (Surat Perintah Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan) Pengajuan dan pelacakan dokumen SP3B sesuai unit kerja Filter status: Pengajuan, On Progress, History, dan Approval Filter tipe pekerjaan: Gardu Induk atau Jaringan Kelengkapan dokumen pekerjaan: Formulir, Blocking/Deblocking, Berita Acara, dan SPT Alur persetujuan bertingkat: Pengawas Pekerjaan → Team Leader → Asisten Manajer Finalisasi dokumen oleh Team Leader dan Asisten Manajer Opsi pembatalan dokumen sesuai kebijakan unit kerja JSA (Job Safety Analysis) Akses dan pengelolaan dokumen analisis keselamatan kerja terkait pekerjaan SPT (Surat Perintah Kerja) Modul terintegrasi untuk pengelolaan surat perintah kerja dan pelaksanaan pekerjaan Master Data Instruksi kerja, metode kerja, dan prosedur kerja Data alat kerja, lokasi, satuan, kondisi, dan unit kerja Data pegawai dan jabatan Pengelolaan dokumen pendukung pekerjaan Approval & Notifikasi Daftar tugas approval sesuai peran pengguna Notifikasi pengajuan dan persetujuan dokumen Dukungan tanda tangan digital dalam proses persetujuan Profil & Keamanan Profil pegawai dan informasi unit kerja Pengaturan akun dan perubahan kata sandi Dukungan autentikasi biometrik (jika tersedia pada perangkat) Pembaruan aplikasi secara otomatis UNTUK SIAPA APLIKASI INI Aplikasi ini digunakan oleh pegawai operasional dan pemeliharaan yang bekerja di lingkungan Gardu Induk dan jaringan listrik, termasuk Pengawas Pekerjaan, Team Leader, serta Asisten Manajer yang terlibat dalam proses pengelolaan dan persetujuan dokumen pekerjaan.
