Doorstep One

Doorstep One Porter is the mobile companion for valet trash service teams powered by the Doorstep One platform. Any valet trash service provider can use Doorstep One to manage operations, and porters use this app to run their nightly collection routes. Your organization assigns routes, you open the app, and you tap through each door — collected, skipped, or violation. No paper logs, no group texts. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app and see tonight's assigned routes. 2. The app lists every unit on your route in order. 3. At each door: tap Collected, mark a skip reason, or flag a violation with a photo. 4. GPS runs in the background so your route coverage is verified automatically. 5. Finish up, and your supervisor has the full report. That's it. The app is built around fewer taps and getting you in and out fast. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL Apartment complexes have dead zones — basements, stairwells, back buildings. Doorstep One saves everything to your phone first. When your connection comes back, it syncs automatically. You never lose a single collection. WHAT PORTERS USE IT FOR - View and navigate assigned collection routes - Track unit-by-unit pickups with real-time sync - Document violations with photo evidence - Pre-route and post-route photo checks for compactor and dumpster conditions - QR code scanning for fast unit lookup on large properties - Manage schedules and claim available routes - Fingerprint and face unlock — no typing passwords in the dark - Push notifications when new routes are assigned - English and Spanish ABOUT DOORSTEP ONE Doorstep One is the operations platform for the valet trash industry.
