Keep a record of your routine with medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus other injectable peptides, hormones and vitamins, as directed by your healthcare professional. RECORDS AND REMINDERS Log medications, doses, times, injection sites and notes. Set local reminders and review your injection history. You always enter the dose yourself. PERSONAL TRACKING Record weight, body measurements, symptoms, nutrition, hydration and your menstrual cycle. View your records and follow your progress over time. REPORTS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS Create PDF or CSV reports and choose when and with whom to share them. Bring your history to your next conversation with your healthcare professional. ESTIMATED ACTIVITY The optional estimator displays a relative curve based on your records and catalogue parameters, with assumptions and limitations explained in the app. The estimate does not measure blood concentration or determine the best time for an injection. PRIVACY No account is required. Health records are stored on your device. Usage analytics and error reporting have separate, optional choices.
