2gather - Go Duo

Going out alone is stressful. You text five friends, three leave you on read, one cancels last minute, and you end up on the couch again. What if every night out started with a guaranteed partner by your side? 2gather is the first social app built around one radical idea: you never go anywhere alone. Every event, every experience starts as a duo. Find your partner, pick an event, and step into the night together. HOW IT WORKS 1. Verify your identity - Upload your ID card and take a selfie. Our face-matching AI confirms you are real. No catfish, no fake profiles. 2. Find your duo - Swipe through profiles, filter by age and gender, and match with someone who shares your energy. 3. Discover events - Browse 15 categories near you. Swipe cards, scroll a list, or explore the interactive map with clustering. 4. Go together - Show up as a pair. Scan your QR ticket at the door. Meet new people with confidence. DISCOVER EVENTS YOUR WAY - 15 categories: Party, Apero, Music, Sport, Food, Culture, Games, Outdoor, Art, Dance, Wellbeing, Networking, Travel, Show, and more - Interactive map with smart clustering to spot hotspots instantly - Swipe cards for quick browsing or switch to list view - GPS radius slider from 5 km to 200+ km - University-verified events for students with .edu email and BDE access A TRUST-GATED COMMUNITY 2gather is invite-only. Every new member enters through a trust code, sponsored by someone already inside. Combined with mandatory ID verification and selfie face matching, this creates a network where accountability is real and safety is not optional. Adults only, 18+. HOST YOUR OWN EVENTS Turn your ideas into real gatherings. Create events, set capacity, manage your guest list, and scan QR tickets at the door. Track earnings through Stripe Connect. Level up through 7 host tiers, unlocking badges and XP along the way. SALONS - MESSAGING REIMAGINED Every duo and event gets a dedicated Salon. Send text and voice messages, share images, create polls, react with emojis, reply to messages, and pin what matters. Ice-breaker suggestions help start conversations when words fail. Typing indicators and real-time delivery powered by Socket.IO keep everything instant. YOUR PROFILE, YOUR STORY Showcase who you are with photos, passions, spoken languages, music taste, drink preferences, smoker status, and sexual orientation.
