EIC Firmware Updater installs the latest firmware on Environmental Instruments Canada (EIC) manometers over Bluetooth. Supported devices • RDM3 – units sold in the US • EICM – units sold in Canada This app is for owners of EIC manometers and does nothing without a supported device. Features • Find nearby manometers and choose yours by the name shown on its info screen • See the current and new firmware versions before you install • Update several manometers in one go – they're updated one after another • Firmware is verified after it's written, before the device restarts • Reconnects and carries on automatically if the connection drops • Keeps the settings you've changed in GammaGuard How to update 1. Turn the manometer on, keep it near your phone, and disconnect it from GammaGuard. 2. Tap Scan for devices and select your manometer. 3. Check the firmware versions and tap Update. 4. Keep the manometer on and close by until the update finishes – a few minutes per device. 5. Tap Confirm and Reboot Device. Firmware updates are kept in this separate app so they only happen when you choose to update, never by accident during everyday use with GammaGuard.
