Full description
qVISION helps you know what things are — by listening instead of looking. Tag your belongings, medication, doorways and rooms. Give each one a name. Later, scan the tag and hear what it is — or where you are. Scan. Label. Listen. WHAT YOU GET • Tag objects with NFC stickers, printed QR labels or the barcode already on the product • Name each object with text or your own voice recording • Scan later and hear what the object is — or where you are • Continuous scan mode: no shutter button to find, no aiming needed with NFC — just touch the tag with your phone • Location tags can carry an extra spoken hint, like "Kitchen. Trash bin on the left." • Retail barcodes are recognized too: scan a grocery item and hear its product name, even before you have labeled it • Your tags speak without the app: anyone who scans your QR label or NFC tag hears the name read aloud in their browser — handy for helpers and visitors • Mark sensitive objects, such as medication, as private so only you can hear them MADE FOR SEEING-IMPAIRED USERS • Built accessibility-first, from the ground up • Works fully with TalkBack and other screen readers • Feedback is always given three ways: speech, vibration and large, clear text • Voice labels play back exactly as you recorded them — your language, your words • Sighted family and friends can help with labeling from their own phone or a web browser GOOD TO KNOW • Works with cheap off-the-shelf NFC stickers and QR labels you print yourself — 24 mm label tape is enough • Existing barcodes on retail products can be used as they are, no sticker needed • You sign in with one account on the qEVENT platform • Your data is stored in the EU • Available in English and Norwegian qVISION is part of the qEVENT family. Support: [email protected]

What's new

• "Tagg" is now the one word for what you scan, across the app. • Better with a screen reader: focus lands on the heading when you switch screens, the record button keeps focus, and the focus ring is no longer clipped in lists. • Each tag shows its EAN, the active workspace has a check mark, and long emails wrap. • Smaller cards on "New object", so "Save" is visible without scrolling. • "Forgot password?" on login. • New app icon. Version shown at the bottom of Settings.
