Critical is a management tool designed for tracking, handling, and coordinating critical requests for equipment, spare parts, and materials. The app provides a complete overview of assigned and incoming cases, enabling rapid response times, clear communication, and real-time status tracking. Key Features: • Case Overview: Access detailed views of incoming and active cases, including requester details, target assets, and criticality levels. • Real-time Status Tracking: Update and track workflow statuses (New, Awaiting response, Verifying, Confirmed, Completed, Canceled). • In-App Communication: Read and submit comments directly on the case thread for transparent collaboration between buyers and sellers. • Assignee Management: View and track assigned handlers on both buyer and supplier sides. • Push Notifications: Receive immediate alerts when a case is updated, commented on, or changes status. Access & Security: Access requires an enterprise login and is restricted to authorized users within participating energy and offshore organizations.
