Coachi: Running & Heart rate

Coachi is an AI running coach that gives you live voice guidance during your run, using heart rate and workout context to tell you when to slow down, hold steady, or recover. It is built for runners who want guidance while the run is still happening, not another chart after it is over. Live coaching that adapts to you Most fitness apps analyze your workout after it is finished. Coachi helps you while you are still training. You receive clear voice guidance when you are training harder than your workout requires, easier than needed to reach your goal, or exactly on target. Choose your own heart-rate zone Choose the heart-rate zone you want to train in, from Zone 1 to Zone 5, and Coachi helps you maintain the right intensity throughout your workout. Customize your workouts Build free runs, timed sessions, intervals, warm-ups, cool-downs, and target-distance workouts in seconds. Choose the workout duration, repetitions, work and rest durations, and target effort that fit your goal. With or without a heart-rate monitor Coachi works with or without a heart-rate monitor. With Wear OS, Health Connect, or a compatible heart-rate monitor, Coachi can use available heart-rate signals for more precise guidance. Without one, you still get voice coaching, interval guidance, countdowns, motivation, and live workout guidance. Coachi Score After every workout, get your Coachi Score: a simple view of heart rate, workout duration, distance, pace, and workout quality to help you measure consistency and progress.
