Counthall: E-Invoices & Time

Read the e-invoice you received. Check the invoice you create. Counthall brings your received documents, client invoices, hours and archive into one workspace. READ AND CHECK Open a ZUGFeRD / Factur-X PDF or supported XML invoice. See the supplier, amount, VAT, due date and lines. Checks flag missing fields, inconsistent totals and invalid IBAN check digits. Compare bank details with earlier invoices from that supplier and spot duplicate invoice numbers. An unexpected IBAN change needs separate verification; it is not proof of fraud. Prepare a correction request for your own mail app. EXPORT THEIR FORMAT Choose a format per client: ZUGFeRD / Factur-X, Factur-X France, XRechnung UBL or CII, Peppol BIS or NLCIUS. Version 2.0.0 adds FatturaPA and unsigned Facturae 3.2.2 for supported cases. The app explains external signing and submission steps. Counthall exports files; it does not send them over Peppol, to SdI or to a national platform. Use your own provider. CHECK BEFORE SHARING The free check tests supported EN 16931 and format rules. Each finding names the rule and field to correct. A clear check does not guarantee acceptance. Select the appropriate VAT, reverse-charge or small-business scheme; Counthall does not provide tax advice. FOLLOW COUNTRY UPDATES Open reviewed articles from the overview, with official sources, dates and practical steps for your business and client countries. Hide individual notices or switch them off. Saved articles remain available offline; refreshing the public feed uses the network. FROM HOURS TO INVOICE Track hours per project or enter them manually. Rates and surcharges carry into invoice lines. Export an hours log, including the Dutch urencriterium report. Create quotes, credit notes and recurring drafts. Record part payments or confirm matches from bank files. Read receipt amounts on your device and check them before saving expenses. Add your own logo to the PDF. YOUR INBOX AND ACCOUNTANT Create an invoice address for suppliers. Our server extracts PDF and XML attachments and stores them encrypted, with sender and file name, until your app collects them, for at most 30 days. One ZIP gives your accountant invoices, credit notes, a sales journal and expenses with receipts. DATEV export is available for German advisers. ARCHIVE AND BACKUP Keep received and exported documents with retention dates and hash links. Integrity checks detect mismatches; they do not guarantee legal retention or replace a backup. Export a verified backup on Android: Counthall reads the file back and compares the decoded records, archive included. Keep a copy outside the device.
