Help jezelf, je ouders en je dokter met meer inzicht te krijgen in je astma. Puffer is een app die je kan helpen om meer inzicht te krijgen in je astma, door het bijhouden van thuismetingen, contact met zorgprofessionals en het kunnen vinden informatie als je dat nodig hebt. Op deze manier kun je tussen doktersafspraken in meer doen om je astma onder controle te krijgen, of te houden. De Puffer app is ontwikkeld door wetenschappelijk onderzoekers, designers, techneuten en zorgprofessionals. De functionaliteiten van de app zijn gebaseerd op een aantal succesvolle onderzoeken, die lieten zien dat deze manier van zorg effectief is bij kinderen met astma. KENMERKEN: - Houd bij hoe het gaat met je astma door regelmatig longfunctie metingen in te vullen of een astma vragenlijst in te vullen. - Blijf in contact met je zorgprofessional via de chat. - Vind belangrijke informatie over astma, allergie en eczeem. - Upload foto’s of filmpjes van klachten naar je eigen zorgprofessional. - Bekijk het noodplan. Puffer is vooralsnog alleen beschikbaar voor zorgprofessionals die hiermee werken. Neem daarvoor dus eerst contact op met je eigen zorgprofessional.
