IT Portaal verbindt zakelijke Android-apparaten veilig met de beheeromgeving van uw organisatie. Scan de QR-code uit het IT Portaal om het apparaat te registreren. Na registratie toont de app voor welke organisatie het apparaat wordt beheerd, of de beheeromgeving bereikbaar is en of Device Admin is ingeschakeld. Met expliciete toestemming kan Device Admin worden geactiveerd. Hiermee kan de organisatie het apparaat beveiligen en, wanneer dit is geconfigureerd, op afstand vergrendelen of wissen. De app deelt uitsluitend apparaat- en beveiligingsinformatie die nodig is voor beheer, zoals het model, de Android-versie, de securitypatch, schermvergrendelingsstatus en encryptiestatus. De app leest geen foto’s, berichten, contacten, locatie, microfoon of persoonlijke bestanden uit. Voor gebruik is een geldige enrollmentcode van een aangesloten organisatie vereist.
