The application provides support to enable independent communication in daily life and increase self-reliance. The goal of Express Me is to support people in having conversations and conveying their personal message. The app is aimed at everyday situations, such as consulting with family, placing an order, or communicating specific needs to loved ones, caregivers, and teachers. Key features • User-friendly: The app is easy to use. • Full personalization: Add your own photos, adjust categories, and create personal tiles or sentences. • Visual structure: A clear layout with categories and images for purposeful navigation; this can also be adjusted to individual needs. • Content library: Direct access to more than 15,000 pictograms and images. Target audience The application was developed for individuals who need visual support during conversations. This includes people who: • Live with aphasia following a stroke or brain injury. • Deal with non-verbal forms of autism. • Need support with other language or speech disorders.
