SASRec Health keeps your health record on your phone. Show it to a doctor, nurse or pharmacist, even when there is no network. GET YOUR HEALTH ID • Register with your NIN card, or without it. Both ways give you a Health ID. • Your card has a QR code. A health worker scans it to open your record. The card works without internet. • We never store your NIN number. We keep a scrambled code only. YOUR RECORD IN ONE PLACE • Your clinic visits, with a plain explanation when your health worker has written one. • The medicines you are taking, and the times to take them. • Your allergies. You can add an allergy yourself. • Tests you are still waiting for. • Your pregnancy visits, if you are pregnant. • Your next clinic appointment. Tell the clinic "I will come", "I cannot come", or ask for another day. REMINDERS • Medicine reminders at your dose times. The reminder never shows the name of your medicine. • Clinic visit reminders: the evening before and the morning of your visit. • Reminders are set on your phone. YOU DECIDE WHO SEES YOUR RECORD • Choose what your card opens: your whole record, the last six months, or only the records you pick. • A card stops working after 24 hours. You can stop it sooner. • Send a link to a doctor who is not with you. • See who has opened your record, and when. • Choose what you agree to, one item at a time. IN AN EMERGENCY • Your allergies and blood group can be seen from the lock screen, without your PIN. The rest of your record stays locked. SAFE AND PRIVATE • A PIN keeps your record closed. You can also unlock with your fingerprint. • Screenshots are blocked inside the app. • No ads. • Take a copy of your whole record as a file. • Delete your account from inside the app. YOUR LANGUAGE English, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo and Nigerian Pidgin.
