Vera is the mobile app for field teams using Vera, the job management system for trades and service businesses. It puts your jobs, schedule, notes and photos in your pocket, and keeps everything in step with the office. You will need a Vera account from your business to sign in. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE See today's jobs, the hours you have logged, and anything that still needs a date. Tap into any job for the address, customer details, tasks and notes. SCHEDULE AND RESCHEDULE Book a visit or move an existing one without calling the office. If your business has it switched on, send the customer a confirmation text as soon as the time is set. ON SITE Let the customer know you are on your way with one tap. Record when you arrive and leave, tick off tasks, and track time against the job as you work. NOTES EVERYONE SEES Notes are shared with the office in both directions. Pin the important ones so the whole team reads them first. PHOTOS AND FILES Take photos or attach files straight to the job, so before and after shots and site paperwork are filed where they belong. SAFETY Complete job safety analysis forms on site, with your location recorded against the assessment. EXPENSES Log expenses with a photo of the receipt and link them to the job they belong to. MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS Message the office from inside the app. Get notified when you are assigned a job or a booking changes, and tap the notification to go straight to that job. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Your job list, timers and expenses are kept on the device, so a weak signal on site does not stop you working. Dark mode is available for early starts and late finishes.
