Strokefocus is a community built for stroke and TBI survivors, their families, and their caregivers. Recovery is not something you should go through alone. Strokefocus connects you with people who know exactly what a hard day looks like, and who celebrate the small wins with you. Every group is a space to ask questions, share setbacks, and get answers from people with lived experience. Share your journey Post your milestones, big or small. Tying your own shoes again is worth celebrating. Choose who sees each post: friends only, or your wider community. Talk one on one Message anyone in the community directly.
