Steel Trap

Winter is hungry, and so are the beasts. Wolves, boars and armored bears prowl down the winding snow path toward your trapper cabin, wave after wave. Your only defense is steel: a limited stock of traps that never comes back once used. Between waves you receive a small allotment of snare clamps, spike pits and snag wire. Tap a trap, then tap a path tile to set it. Stack up to three traps on one tile, because a charging bear will shrug off a single clamp. Every placement is a hard choice: cover the bends where beasts bunch up, or thin your line to cover more ground? Each capture earns coins and score. Spend coins in the Trapper Shop on sharpened jaws, deeper pits, heavier wire, cabin reinforcement, or extra trap bundles for your next hunt. Later waves bring larger packs and thick hide armor that soaks part of every hit. How long can your steel line hold before the cabin falls?
