Full description
Screen Guard Mamoru keeps your Android screen awake and can block accidental touches when you need a stable, uninterrupted display. Use it while viewing recipes, sheet music, maps, charts, dashboards, reference documents, game screens, or any other app that should remain visible without unwanted taps or swipes. No ads, no internet access, and no account required. The app works locally on your device without sending screen contents or activity data outside the app. KEY FEATURES ■ Keep the screen awake Prevent automatic screen timeout during a session. Screen Guard Mamoru runs only after you explicitly start it. ■ Touch lock for accidental-touch prevention A dimmed overlay blocks taps and swipes from reaching the app underneath. Return safely through the ongoing notification or the emergency press-and-hold control. ■ Transparent mode for using other apps On supported devices, keep the screen awake while continuing to use other apps normally. Because Android overlay behavior differs by device and OS version, the app runs a compatibility test before enabling this mode. Unsupported or uncertain environments are not forced into transparent mode. ■ Automatic stop after 30, 60, or 120 minutes Every session has a time limit. Automatic stopping helps reduce unnecessary battery use, unattended screen time, and display burn-in risk. ■ Ongoing notification and remaining time See the active mode, scheduled stop time, and remaining time from the app or notification. Tap the notification to return to the app, or stop the session directly. ■ No ads and no internet access There are no ads, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or account registration. The app does not request internet permission and does not perform its own external network communication. GREAT FOR - Keeping a game or work app visible - Reading recipes, sheet music, manuals, or reference material - Displaying maps, charts, dashboards, or monitoring screens - Reducing accidental touches in a pocket or bag - Keeping the screen on safely for a limited period REQUIRED ACCESS - Notifications: shows session status, remaining time, and stop controls - Display over other apps: provides touch lock and transparent mode over other apps - Foreground service: maintains a user-started session with a visible notification Screen Guard Mamoru does not capture or record screen contents, taps, text input, or activity in other apps. It contains no advertising SDK, analytics SDK, internet access, or network communication feature. PLEASE NOTE - Behavior may vary by device manufacturer, Android version, and power-saving settings. - The app cannot fully control protected Android system screens, hardware buttons, emergency functions, or every system gesture. - Keeping a display on for a long time may increase battery use or contribute to display burn-in. - Transparent mode is available only after the compatibility test succeeds on the current device. Keep your screen and touches under control—for exactly as long as you need.
