MAAPCS의 목적은 AI가 자율적으로 판단하는 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류, 왜곡, 누락, 논리 비약을 방지하기 위해 문서와 판단 자료 사이의 구조적 대응 관계를 확인하는 것입니다. 시스템은 다음과 같은 방식으로 작동합니다. 제출된 문서를 분석하여 신청인 문서, 당사자 문서, 기관 문서를 구조적으로 정리하고, 사전에 정의된 검증 항목에 따라 사실, 증거, 논리, 절차, 법리 등 여러 요소의 대응 관계를 검증합니다. AI는 판단을 수행하지 않으며 문서와 기준 사이의 구조적 일치 여부만 기록합니다.
