Grateful.net Live

Grateful is next-generation tronc management and digital tipping infrastructure for modern hospitality businesses. Built by hospitality and compliance experts, Grateful designs, and powers smart, fair, and compliant tronc schemes fully aligned with UK tipping legislation, while giving teams smarter tools to make their tips go further. Most tipping systems focus on collection. Grateful focuses on what matters most: how tips are governed, distributed, protected, and experienced by teams. ### **Tronc, Done Properly** Grateful empowers hospitality to operate more effecitvely, rid businesses of manual and opaque processes around payroll. With Grateful, allocation rules, and eligibility are all configured digitally, applied consistently, and recorded automatically. Every decision is transparent. Every distribution is auditable. Every rule is enforced by the system. No spreadsheets. No ambiguity. No compliance gaps. ### **Built-In Compliance Expertise** Grateful is designed to align with the UK Employment (Allocation of Tips) Act, embedding best-practice governance directly into the platform. Automated records, clear audit trails, and structured controls help businesses demonstrate fairness, accountability, and legal compliance, without slowing down operations. ### **Powerful Integrations** Grateful integrates with leading hospitality, payroll, workforce management systems (WFM’s) ePOS, PMS and more, reducing duplication, errors, and admin. Tips flow cleanly from collection to allocation to reporting, with one source of truth across your business. ### **Designed for Teams** Staff can see exactly how tips are calculated, allocated, and paid. Transparency builds trust. Trust improves retention. Beyond distribution, Grateful helps teams get more from their earnings. Built-in saving features allow staff to set aside a portion of their tips, with more financial tools launching soon to support long-term wellbeing and financial resilience. ### **Market-Leading, and Getting Better** Grateful is continuously evolving, with new features designed to support growing hospitality teams, multi-venue operators, and international expansion. Digital tipping via QR codes and secure links is available where needed, but always as part of a broader, smarter system built around fairness, governance, and control. ### **Built for Scale** Whether you operate one site or a complex group, Grateful replaces manual processes with infrastructure you can trust — today and as you grow. Smarter tronc. Stronger compliance. Better outcomes for teams.
