Vortech

Vortech is a high-speed dispatch tool built for the trades. Whether you run a crew of 5 or 50, this is how you take control of your field operations. The Priority Window: Stop "blasting" jobs to everyone at once. Vortech uses a routing system that looks at two things: Who is your best tech? and Who is the closest? The 30-Second Head Start: Your top-tier performers (Platinum and Gold) get a 30-second window to see and claim the best leads first. Closest Tech First: Even within your top tiers, the app identifies who is nearest to the job to cut down on drive time and fuel costs. Automatic Backup: If your top pros are busy, the job automatically opens up to the rest of the team so the customer never waits. Specialist Routing: Got a complex commercial leak or a high-security lockout? Elite Access: Just tap the ⭐ Specialist button. Pro-Only: The job skips the general crew and goes straight to your hand-picked experts. No mistakes, no "oops" calls from the field. Live Fleet Visibility: See your entire team on one map with GPS updates every 30 seconds. Real-Time Tracking: Know exactly who is working, who is driving, and who is available. Instant Reassign: If a tech gets stuck, send the job back to the office with one tap. You're in control; cancel, re-dispatch or take care of it manually. Device Health: Check a tech's battery and signal strength at a glance. If their phone is dying, you'll know before they miss a job. Money and Paperwork—Simplified In-Field Payments: Connect your Stripe account and let techs charge cards right at the door. Automatic Math: The app calculates the "split" based on your company rules. No more Sunday night spreadsheet headaches. The week closes Monday at 2 a.m. — you just write the checks. Proof of Work: Techs snap photos and log expenses in the app before they leave the site. No features are gate-kept behind an additional upgrade. All current and future features are available to every user from day one. All that for a fraction of what our competitors charge. Try it out for free for 30 days and never go back.
