Up to 9 is a contract card game in the same family as Phase 10 — with a twist you won't find anywhere else: every 2 and 3 is a joker, yet can also be played as its own card. Spend your jokers or save them? That question follows you all the way to the top. THE GOAL Work your way through 9 levels. Each round you try to lay down the combination your level demands — from a simple straight of 4 all the way to the big straight of 9 that wins the game. Make it, and you move up. Miss, and you try again next round. WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL 🃏 Every 2 and 3 is a joker — but played as itself in the right suit, it costs you nothing.
