공람 파우치 받는 사람을 한 명씩 고르지 않고 범위만 정합니다. 본청 직원, 협력사 직원, 모두 중에서 고르면 그 범위 안의 사람은 누구나 링크나 파일로 파우치를 엽니다. 명단을 미리 짜지 않아도 되니, 받을 사람이 정해지지 않은 공지, 회람, 메일 또는 게시판 첨부에 쓰기 좋습니다. 파우치는 링크를 복사해서 붙여넣거나, 메일로 보내거나, 파일로 저장해 전달합니다. 작업자 추가 받은 파우치를 혼자 안고 있지 않아도 됩니다. 담당자가 같은 회사 동료를 작업자로 직접 넣을 수 있습니다. 「함께 작업」으로 넣으면 둘 다 계속 작업하고, 「넘기고 빠짐」으로 넘기면 담당이 상대에게 인계됩니다. 새 소식 앱을 열면 「새 소식」 탭에 내가 해야 할 일이 모입니다. 기다리는 결재, 반려된 파우치, 새로 맡은 작업을 한 화면에서 봅니다. 이제 ShadowPouch Console에서 무엇을 할지 고민하지 않아도 됩니다.
