Keep customer accounts close, wherever work takes you. Alshamel (الشامل) connects your team's phones to your organization's Odoo accounting workspace. Check customer balances, share invoices and account statements, and follow receipt voucher requests from submission through approval. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS Find customers and view their balances, overdue amounts, unpaid invoices and available credits. Choose a date range and share a PDF partner ledger directly from your phone. INVOICES Browse customer invoices, check payment status, and open line items and tax details. Select one or more invoices and generate a PDF to share with the customer. RECEIPT VOUCHERS AND APPROVALS Prepare a receipt voucher request with the customer, amount and invoice allocations. Authorized team members can review requests within their assigned permissions and approval limits. Payments are recorded in Odoo after approval and successful processing. BUSINESS OVERVIEW View receivables, overdue balances, recent invoices and pending approvals. Follow collection trends and, where your permissions allow, review collections by team member. TEAM ACCESS AND WORKSPACES Switch between your organizations in one app. Administrators can invite team members and configure access to databases, customers and actions. Each member works within the access assigned to them. ARABIC AND ENGLISH Use Alshamel in Arabic or English, with support for right-to-left layouts.
