my ViberNet

my ViberNet is the official app for ViberNet customers. Skip the phone calls and manage your entire connection right from your phone — check your status, recharge your plan, view invoices, and get support, all in one place. Log in instantly with a one-time OTP sent to your registered mobile number — no passwords to remember. See whether your connection is online right now without picking up the phone to ask, renew your plan in a few taps by paying securely via UPI, cards, or netbanking through our trusted payment partner (no browser required, no card details ever stored on your device), view and download your past invoices whenever you need them, and raise a support ticket in seconds and track it through to resolution — no hold music, no repeating your issue three times. Your session is protected with encrypted, on-device secure storage, we never ask for your password over the phone or in the app, and your payment details are handled directly by our payment partner, never stored by us. my ViberNet is built exclusively for existing ViberNet customers — if you don't yet have a ViberNet connection, visit vibernet.in to check availability in your area and get connected.
