Tokenbar Operaciones es la herramienta para el equipo de organización, cajeros y barra que trabaja con la plataforma Tokenbar en eventos de música, teatro, deporte, conferencias y más. Con esta app puedes gestionar en tiempo real las ventas y consumos dentro del evento, usando códigos QR y saldo en tokens, sin necesidad de manejar efectivo. FUNCIONALIDADES PRINCIPALES • Generar y escanear QR de clientes para ventas, recargas y cortesías. • Consultar el saldo disponible en cada QR y su historial de movimientos. • Registrar consumos en barra de forma rápida y segura. • Crear QR en el punto de venta para clientes que compran en caja física. • Soporte para diferentes roles de usuario (cajeros, barra, supervisores). VENTAJAS PARA EL OPERADOR • Reduce filas y tiempos de atención en puntos de venta. • Disminuye el uso de efectivo y errores de cobro. • Mejora el control de ventas por evento y por punto de servicio. • Facilita la conciliación al cierre del evento. Novedades: • Cupones de cortesía: el productor los genera, los comparte o imprime, corrige su nota y sigue cada entrega; la barra los entrega completos o en partes, y ve lo que ya no se entregará. • Reporte de cortesías del productor, con las entregas canceladas. • El aviso al productor ahora suena y vibra. • Stock por barra con buscador. • «Buscar eventos» justo debajo del inicio en todos los menús. • Arreglos en la conexión, en la impresora y al cambiar de usuario en un mismo teléfono.
