Qué puedes hacer: • Registrar tus comidas y ver tus macros (proteína, carbos, grasas) y calorías del día. • Calcular tus macros según tu objetivo y ajustarlos en tu proceso. • Llevar tu entrenamiento: rutinas, días de fuerza y cardio. • Registrar tu peso y ver tu progreso con gráficas. • Apoyarte en Mila, tu asistente, para resolver dudas de comida y porciones. • Cronómetro de descanso entre series, con aviso aunque cierres la app. La filosofía: no le tengas miedo a la comida. El enemigo no es un alimento, es la dieta restrictiva. Aquí aprendes a comer para tu vida real —en casa, en la taquería o en el restaurante— con números claros y acompañamiento.
