Burritas es la app de operación de patio de Proan. Coordina los movimientos de remolques entre andenes, patios y ubicaciones, desde que se solicita el servicio hasta que se entrega. Para operadores • Tu servicio actual y tu cola de trabajo, en orden. • Engancha, traslada y entrega con un toque; la app confirma tu ubicación junto al equipo. • Ubica tu remolque en el mapa del patio. • Sin señal no se pierde nada: las acciones se envían solas cuando vuelve la red. • Reporta incidencias con foto y solicita mantenimiento. Para supervisión y administración • Tablero con la operación del día y lo que requiere atención. • Asigna y reasigna servicios a burritas y operadores en turno. • Toda la flota en el mapa, con filtros por estado. • Catálogos de usuarios, burritas, ubicaciones y turnos. • Reportes de indicadores. Para clientes • Solicita movimientos y sigue cada servicio en tiempo real. • Historial de servicios terminados.
