B430 Suites es la aplicación oficial para residentes, administradores y operadores del edificio B430. Diseñada para simplificar la gestión de mantenimiento y la comunicación interna, todo desde tu celular. PARA RESIDENTES (CLIENTES): • Solicita servicios de mantenimiento en tu suite o áreas comunes como baños, lavandería, cocineta, pasillos y terraza. • Adjunta fotos para describir mejor el trabajo que necesitas. • Selecciona fecha y horario preferido de atención. • Recibe notificaciones en tiempo real cuando tu solicitud sea asignada y atendida. • Revisa la evidencia fotográfica del trabajo realizado. • Califica el servicio recibido con estrellas y comentarios. • Si el trabajo no quedó como esperabas, solicita corrección fácilmente. • Recibe comunicados y mensajes directos de la administración.
