Take the photo. Keep living. Lazy Calories finds food and drink photos in your camera roll, estimates calories and macros, and keeps today's progress in a quiet Android notification. Take photos with your usual camera app. Lazy Calories reads them from your camera roll with your permission. More activity can mean more room to eat. Connect Health Connect to add activity calories to your daily budget. The (+) amount in the timeline shows your extra allowance, and your remaining calories account for it. When you open the app, the details are there. Review your food photos and daily totals, see estimated protein, carbs and fat, and check Stats for trends and weight projections based on your recent calorie history. Projections are estimates, not promises. AI can miss things. Correct calories, add portion or ingredient context, adjust servings, or combine several photos of one meal. Photo access is controlled by Android, on-device food pre-classification stays on your device, and the app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs. Lazy Calorie Counter works without creating an account. An optional Pro subscription increases the monthly hosted-AI allowance. Purchases and restores use Google Play Billing, and subscription entitlement is verified by the service. A random app ID links hosted AI usage and applies plan limits. Android backups and app-created ZIP backups can preserve it after reinstalling or moving devices, depending on your settings and an available backup. Devices restored from the same backup share its AI allowance. ZIP backups are not encrypted and include meal and profile records, photo references, and the app ID.
