Stop copying prices into a converter. CCM lets you convert a price without leaving whatever you were reading. Select the price — in a browser, a chat, an email, a PDF, a listing — tap the three dots in the selection toolbar, and choose "Convert currency". The answer appears over the app you were already in, and one tap sends you back. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select a price anywhere on your phone. 2. Tap the three dots at the end of the selection toolbar. 3. Choose "Convert currency". Android puts every app's text action behind that three-dot menu, so that is where CCM lives. If an app draws its own selection menu and never offers it, use Share instead — CCM is in the share sheet too, and lands on the same result. IT READS PRICES THE WAY PEOPLE WRITE THEM • Symbols and codes: $, €, £, ¥, ﷼, ل.ل, USD, EUR, LBP, AED, SAR, TRY • Arabic-Indic digits and Arabic currency names • 1,500.50 and 1.500,50 — it works out which is the decimal separator • 2.5k, 3 million, 1,2 Mio • Several prices at once: select a whole menu or paragraph • Simple arithmetic: 3 x 45 EUR When a symbol is genuinely ambiguous — $ could be US, Canadian or Australian — CCM tells you which one it assumed and lets you switch, free. Getting that wrong quietly is worse than asking. WORKS OFFLINE Rates are cached on the device, and the app ships with a bundled set, so a conversion works on a plane, in a basement, or with no data left. The result always says how old the rate is, and warns you when it is more than a week out of date. YOUR TEXT NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE The text you select is parsed on the device and thrown away. It is never uploaded, never logged, and never stored. Conversion history keeps the numbers only — never the sentence they came from. There is no account, no sign-in, and no analytics on what you convert. CCM asks for internet access and nothing else. No accessibility service, no clipboard monitoring, no screen overlay, no reading your list of installed apps. Banks, cards and exchange offices apply their own spread, so what you actually pay will be higher — which is why there is a margin setting to show you the realistic number.
