RECORD YOUR ACTIVITY • Start a walk, run or ride and see time, distance, pace and calories live. • Your route is drawn on the map with GPS while you record, even with the screen locked (a notification is shown while recording). • Review every activity afterwards: route map, splits, elevation and steps. DAILY GOAL AND HEALTH • See today's steps and your progress toward your daily step goal. • Connect Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS) to bring in the steps, distance, active calories, heart rate, resting heart rate and sleep that your phone or watch already records. • The Health screen shows today's summary; Health history shows each day. • Health data is only read, never written, and is used only for these features. CHALLENGES AND FRIENDS • Join public and team challenges and follow your ranking. • Add friends, compare progress and challenge each other one-on-one. • Join groups and community events.
