BudgetFlow is a free budget planner for individuals, couples and families. No ads, no subscriptions, no premium tier — every feature is free. Plan how your income is split, log spending in seconds, and see at a glance whether you're on track — together with the people you share money with. 💑 BUDGET TOGETHER Create a household and invite your partner or family with a simple code. Everyone sees the same transactions, categories and budgets, synced in real time across your phones. 📊 BUDGET BY GROUPS, YOUR WAY Group your categories — for example Essentials, Lifestyle and Savings — and give each group a percentage of your income. Use the popular 50/30/20 rule, or build any structure that fits your life. Progress bars turn orange and red as a group gets close to or goes over its budget. 💰 PLAN FROM DAY ONE Set an expected monthly income and your group budgets are ready on the first day of the month, before your paycheck even arrives. 🎯 SAVINGS GOALS FOR BIG BILLS Car registration once a year? A vacation? Give a category a goal and a due date, and BudgetFlow shows how much to set aside each month and how much you've saved. When the bill comes, pay it from your savings without counting it twice. Repeating goals start again by themselves. ⚡ LOG EXPENSES IN SECONDS • Built-in calculator keypad: type 45.20 + 18.50 and save the total • Smart autofill: pick a payee and its usual category and account are filled in • Scan a receipt with your camera to prefill the amount (processed on your device) • Optional: card payments from your bank's notifications are added automatically, with the shop and its usual category 🔔 CARD PAYMENTS, ADDED FOR YOU (OPTIONAL) Turn on bank notifications in Settings and BudgetFlow reads the payment notifications your bank app shows on this phone. Each card payment becomes a transaction with the amount, the shop and the category you usually use there. Works with banks that send payment notifications; only notifications that look like payments are kept, and they are processed on your device.
