Studova: Study With Friends

Studova is a study app that helps you sit down, focus and keep going. Run a focus timer, plan your week, study with friends and watch your streak grow. FOCUS TIMER Start a session, pick a subject and stay with it. Your time is tracked by the clock, so it stays correct if you switch apps or lock your phone. Choose count-up or countdown, and play rain, brown noise or lofi in the background. PLAN YOUR WEEK Set up your study blocks and exams. Studova reminds you when a block starts, even if the app is closed, so you do not drift past the time you promised yourself. STUDY WITH FRIENDS Make a pod with an invite code. See who is focusing right now, chat, send a nudge and compete on a daily leaderboard. STAY MOTIVATED Finish daily quests, earn tokens, keep your streak alive and climb weekly leagues. Spend tokens in the shop on themes and boosts. FLASHCARDS, JOURNAL AND STATS Make flashcard decks, write a short reflection after a session, and see your study time by day, week and subject. APP BLOCKING USES ANDROID'S ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Studova can block distracting apps while you are in a focus session. To do this, it uses Android's AccessibilityService API. Android has no other way for an app to tell which app you just opened. What it does: - Sees which app is in the foreground while a focus session is running - Compares that app to the block list you chose - Shows a Studova block screen over apps on your list What it never does: - Read what is on your screen or what you type - Record, store or send any of this information anywhere - Run when you are not in a focus session App blocking is optional. Studova explains this and asks for your permission before it turns on. You can switch it off at any time in Android Settings > Accessibility. Free to use. Delete your account and all your data from Settings whenever you like. Questions? Email [email protected]
