SEE THE WEEK'S BALANCE Nutrition signals across the week: protein, fibre, vegetable variety, carbs and fat. Quality signals, not calorie counting, and not a food diary. COOK WITH YOUR PEOPLE Add friends, share recipes and cookbooks, and run dinner clubs where every dinner keeps its menu, its photos and its notes, so the night stays somewhere afterwards. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your recipes and your week belong to your household. Nothing is published, there is no public feed of your cooking, and sharing only happens when you choose it. BOLO+ bolo is free to use, including the planner, the shopping list, cooking mode and the week's nutrition signals. The free plan includes a monthly allowance of recipe imports, AI recipe edits and AI images. bolo+ raises those allowances and unlocks your full About You profile, nutrition trends over months rather than a single week, and the Woolworths basket hand-off for your shopping list (Australia only). The current allowances are always shown in the app. bolo+ is an optional subscription, billed monthly or annually.
