Full description
FRMNT is the sourced fermentation knowledge platform: 118 fermented foods and drinks from kitchens around the world, each one backed by verified sources rather than kitchen folklore. Every entry brings together what a fermenter actually needs before starting: the microorganisms and process behind the ferment, a recipe with real quantities and timing, and safety information that stays live and current rather than a wall of text you read once and forget. Explore a world map that traces where each ferment comes from and how far it has travelled, and browse by category — dairy, vegetables, grains and legumes, beverages, meat and fish, and more. Track your own fermentations privately: log batches, stages, temperature, and tasting notes, right on your device. Your private notes and photos stay yours — tracking works fully offline and needs no account. When you're ready, share a batch with the FRMNT community: post your results, compare notes with other fermenters, and see how others' attempts turned out. Shared content is reviewed before it goes public, and you can report or block anything that shouldn't be there. FRMNT is built for six languages — Turkish, English, German, French, Spanish, and Italian — with the same sourced content in every one. No ads. No account required to use the core reference and tracker.

What's new

• Your photos now appear in your own batch screen — tap to open them full-screen. • A photo that was not published now tells you why. • A failed upload is reported instead of passing silently. • Password accounts can connect Google from the profile. • Added a direct link to manage your subscription in Google Play.
