O Ampare SOS fica no celular da pessoa amparada: a mãe, o pai, o avô, a avó. A tela tem um único botão grande. Quando ela precisa de ajuda, aperta. A partir daí: • A família recebe um aviso imediato na conversa do Ampare. • O aparelho grava o áudio do ambiente e envia trechos de 15 segundos, seguidos, para essa conversa. • Quem cuida pode responder por voz, e a resposta toca automaticamente no aparelho da pessoa amparada. • Qualquer cuidador encerra a emergência de longe. A própria pessoa encerra segurando um botão. E existe um limite automático de 10 minutos. Feito para quem tem dificuldade com celular: • Sem senha, sem login, sem menus. O aparelho é ativado uma única vez por um familiar, com um código QR. • Um toque sem querer não dispara nada: primeiro vem uma contagem de 5 segundos com um botão grande de cancelar. • Sem internet, a tela mostra um botão para LIGAR direto para o cuidador de plantão, e os trechos gravados são enviados quando a conexão voltar. • Um botão de teste deixa um recado discreto para a família, dizendo que está tudo funcionando, sem alarme nenhum. • Há um atalho permanente para ligar para o socorro público. • Tipo grande, contraste alto e leitor de tela, porque quem usa este aparelho costuma ter mais de 75 anos. Privacidade, com clareza: • O microfone grava somente durante uma emergência acionada neste aparelho. Não há escuta contínua e não há gravação fora da emergência. • Enquanto grava, a notificação fixa do sistema fica visível. • Ao acionar o botão, o aplicativo envia a localização à família e a mantém atualizada enquanto a emergência durar, para quem está a caminho saber aonde ir. Ela para quando a emergência termina. • Os áudios são privados da família e os arquivos são apagados automaticamente depois de 90 dias. • A ativação exige o consentimento registrado do familiar responsável, que pode desativar o aparelho de longe a qualquer momento. • Sem publicidade, sem identificador de anúncio e sem corretor de dados. Importante: o Ampare SOS avisa a sua família. Ele não substitui o serviço público de emergência, e o aplicativo diz isso em todas as telas, com um atalho para ligar para o socorro. O Ampare SOS funciona junto com o Ampare, o aplicativo de quem cuida. O botão está em todos os planos, inclusive no gratuito. O plano Essencial da família acrescenta o que vem em volta do socorro: a gravação fica guardada para revisitar, o cuidador responde por voz e o mapa ao vivo serve a vários cuidadores ao mesmo tempo.
