VIVAit Call Business es un dispositivo de comunicaciones unificadas para sistema VIVAit que permite la comunicación entre usuarios mediante llamadas de audio/vídeo. Sus principales funciones son: * Llamadas de audio y vídeo con calidad seleccionable * Conferencia entre múltiples participantes * Posibilidad de cifrado El dispositivo se comunica a través de redes de comunicaciones 3G/4G/5G y WiFi, y contempla la gestión de memoria y batería del sistema operativo. SERVICIO EN PRIMER PLANO DURANTE LLAMADAS ACTIVAS VIVAit Call Business utiliza el permiso FOREGROUND_SERVICE de Android exclusivamente durante llamadas telefónicas activas. Esto es necesario porque: * Las llamadas de voz/vídeo no pueden ser interrumpidas ni aplazadas por el sistema. Si Android terminara el proceso durante una llamada activa, la comunicación se cortaría de forma inmediata e irrecuperable. * El servicio mantiene activos el flujo de audio, la sesión SIP y el micrófono durante toda la duración de la llamada, y solo durante ese tiempo. * Durante la llamada, el usuario ve siempre una notificación persistente con el nombre del interlocutor, el tiempo de llamada transcurrido y el botón Colgar. El usuario puede finalizar la llamada y detener el servicio en cualquier momento desde esa notificación, desde la pantalla de llamada o desde la pantalla de bloqueo. * El servicio se inicia únicamente cuando comienza una llamada y se detiene automáticamente en cuanto finaliza. Nunca está activo en segundo plano cuando no hay ninguna llamada en curso.
