PowerSearch

PowerSearch is a multi-account email finder. It isn't another inbox app, just a fast way to find the one email you're actually looking for. ADD EVERY ACCOUNT YOU USE Gmail, Microsoft 365 and Outlook, iCloud, or any IMAP mailbox. PowerSearch syncs headers (sender, subject, date and folder) from every folder in every account you add. It never downloads or stores an email's body. That's only fetched live, the moment you open a result. SEARCH THEM ALL AT ONCE One search box covers every account. Filter by sender, subject, or anything at all, narrow by date with a tap, and drill into a specific sender to keep searching within just their mail. Results are grouped by sender, so you're never scrolling through a wall of individual emails to find who you're looking for. Power operators like from:, has:pdf, after: and before: are built in. FIND WHAT'S ATTACHED See attachment names and preview them right from the app: PDFs, images, documents. ONCE YOU FIND IT Reply, Reply All or Forward from your own email app, or flag the email on your mail server so it shows in your normal mail app too. PowerSearch doesn't send email itself and never keeps a body after you close the screen. WORKS WITH TAPCARD Open PowerSearch from a contact in TapCard to see every email from that person, across all their addresses. PRIVATE BY DESIGN There's no PowerSearch server, and there never will be. Your phone talks directly to your mail provider (Google, Microsoft, Apple or your own IMAP host). Nothing passes through us, is stored by us, or is shared with anyone. Gmail and Google Workspace accounts sign in with an app password, which needs 2-Step Verification turned on for the account. PowerSearch includes a free 7-day trial. Continued full access is a one-time in-app purchase, with no subscription. Built by AIERT Ltd, the team behind MailBroom.
